Leadership books populate every pastor’s bookcases and leadership issues crowd his mind and ministry. The need for godly leaders has always plagued the church. Everyone wants to know, “Where can we find more good leaders?” “How can we develop more leaders?” Leadership concerns churches and denominations, whether they are young or well-established with a lengthy history. This module is designed to train those already serving as leaders to be better leaders but also to train them to train new generations of leaders.
While many books have been written on leadership, some excellent, others with a Christian veneer over secular how-to management ideas, the Bible remains the best book on leadership. We will focus completely on it in this module.
